We want you to love your purchase from Mayas Collections. If you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags intact.
  • Requests for returns must be made within 7 days of delivery.
  • Return requests are only accepted if accompanied by a product unboxing video of at least 30 seconds, clearly showing the package opening and the product’s condition at the time of delivery.
  • Custom-made or sale items are non-returnable.

Return Process

  1. Contact our support team at ebgarments2016@gmail.com with your order number, reason for return, and the required unboxing video.
  2. Once your return request is reviewed and approved, we’ll provide the return address and instructions.
  3. Ship the product back securely in its original packaging.
  4. After inspection, we will process your refund or exchange as applicable.

Refunds

Refunds will be initiated to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after receiving and approving the returned product. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and the unboxing video for a quick resolution.
